Payment Policy
Quirke processes orders through secure Shopify checkout. This policy explains checkout currency, payment authorization, billing accuracy, available payment methods, order review, and refund handling.
Currency and Order Total
Checkout currency is USD. Product prices, shipping cost, taxes where applicable, and the final order total are shown during checkout before payment is submitted. Standard shipping is shown as 0 USD for eligible United States orders.
Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment options may vary based on Shopify settings, payment provider availability, customer location, device, and fraud prevention requirements.
Authorization and Review
Orders are processed only after payment is authorized. If payment is declined, incomplete, reversed, or flagged for review, the order may not be fulfilled until the issue is resolved. We may contact the customer if billing or shipping details require confirmation.
Billing Details
Customers are responsible for entering accurate billing information, shipping information, email address, and phone number. Incorrect information may delay order processing, shipping, support responses, or refund handling.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refund processing time: 10 days after approval. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post funds after Quirke submits the refund. Payment questions can be sent to care@quirke.shop.
